Archetype Properties is the trading name of ARCHETYPE REALTY DEVELOPER L.L.C., a Dubai mainland company ("we", "us"). We run archetypeproperties.com and are responsible for your personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the PDPL).

• Enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number, whether you are enquiring as an agent, a company or an investor, the properties you are interested in and your message. This includes enquiries made by phone, email, WhatsApp or in person, through a LinkedIn or Meta lead form, or through an agent who introduces you to us.
• Purchases and leases. The details needed to book, contract, pay for, register and hand over a property, such as your identification, address and payment details.
• Job applications. Your contact details, CV, cover letter and any links you share.
• Website use. Technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit and, if you accept cookies, analytics data.

Please do not send us sensitive information, such as details of your health or religion, unless we ask for it for a specific reason.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and send brochures, prices and availability, because you asked us to.
• To manage bookings, sales, leases, payments, registration and handover, under our contract with you and our legal obligations.
• To consider you for a role, because you applied.
• To understand how our website is used, only with your consent.
• To send news about our developments, only with your consent. Enquiring about one property does not sign you up for all our marketing.
• To keep our website secure, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and deal with any legal claims.

We rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before a contract, on the contract itself, or on our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Essential cookies always run. Analytics cookies run only if you choose "Accept" on our cookie notice. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will ask again. We do not use advertising cookies on our website; if that changes, we will ask first and update this policy.

We may use carefully selected service providers and business partners to perform services on our behalf or assist with our operations. Depending on the service, these may include real estate agents and sales or distribution partners; website hosting, cloud and IT providers; communications and form-processing providers; marketing and advertising agencies and platforms; security service providers; and legal, accounting, insurance, auditing and other professional advisers.

These parties may support enquiries, property sales and leasing, bookings, transaction administration, handovers, communications, advertising, data analysis and service improvements. They may receive only the personal information reasonably necessary for their role. We seek appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards where applicable. We may also disclose information to governmental, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities when required or permitted by law.

We do not disclose personal information to banking, travel or loyalty-programme partners for special-offer schemes.

• Enquiries: up to three years after our last contact with you.
• Buyers and tenants: for the length of the contract, then as long as UAE law requires.
• Job applications: up to twelve months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to keep yours for future roles.
• If you opt out of marketing, we keep a short record of your choice so we do not contact you again.

After that we delete or anonymise it. While we hold it, we protect it with encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another organisation. You can stop marketing or withdraw your consent at any time; messages about a current enquiry or purchase may continue. Email support@archetypeproperties.com; we may need to confirm who you are, and we may keep some data where the law requires it. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Our website and services are meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
